Coronavirus
We've all adapted over the last few years. Read on to find out what Prahran Market Clinic is doing to meet your needs whilst keeping our staff and our patients as safe as possible.

FACE TO FACE CONSULTATIONS
Our doctors are happy to see patients in the rooms if deemed necessary after your telehealth consult. Due to COVID restrictions our waiting room space is limited, therefore we ask that you attend at your appointed time and alone where possible. There is a QR code at the door and hand sanitiser, please use both. Should you require a carer for your visit, your carer must register their details in case contact tracing is necessary.
You will be asked questions about your health by our reception team and will be REQUIRED to wear a fitted mask over your mouth and nose for the entire time you are in our clinic. If you are unwell or choose not to wear a mask you will be asked to wait in the centre just outside our rooms. If you do not have a proper face mask our staff will provide you with one.
If our waiting room is at full capacity, you may be asked to wait in the centre just outside our rooms or if you arrive early for your appointment, you may be asked to come back at your appointment time.

TELEHEALTH
Telephone and video consultations are available for registered patients who have been seen in the clinic in the last 12 months. If you are unsure if you qualify for a telehealth or video appointment, please phone the rooms to arrange your appointment. Some exemptions for this are in place if you are complying with Victoria Department of Health recommendations/directive.
If using telephone for your appointment, your doctor will call you on the number on record at your appointment time. For video consultations please follow the link at the top of the site called "telehealth"

MASKS
In order to keep you, fellow patients, and our staff safe, masks are mandatory at Prahran Market Clinic. IF you are unable to wear a mask, please let reception know when you arrive and arrangements will me made to minimise your risks.
